Hey everyone,

First off I was primarily a console gamer (having to move around a fair bit) and I decided to get a PC with the help of my brother. However, upon getting it I found it struggled to run various games without huge FPS drops. An example is with Overwatch, which I can run on any of the graphics settings but all will experience huge FPS drops, even at low settings, particularly during fights, making it unplayable, but also just generally in the game. The same happens in games like skyrim or rust etc. Now I don't know if my rig is just not up to scratch or there is something wrong with it. I have made sure I am not using the integrated drivers and even reset and reinstalled everything on it to see if that fixed anything (it didn't).

My processor: AMD Athlon X4 860 3.70GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti
RAM: 8 GB
Hard drive: 1 TB

Thanks!

Yeah, one of my fans isn't spinning, it doesn't even appear to be begin spinning on startup. my GPU an is working perfectly, but I cannot work out why this one is not. I just went to clean it and it appears to be clean and plugged into where it should be.

Well, as you have 750Ti, power supply shouldn't be the problem (by this I mean wattage of it).
Did you plug the CPU fan in motherboard?
