so I recently bought new gpu (GTX 1050Ti from GIGABYTE) and since then I have huge fps drops in every game even csgo. So when I play for example H1Z1 I have around 50-70 fps but like every few minutes it frops to like 20-30 fps for no reason and it lasts like 15 seconds, the its normal again. But when I turn on Heaven Benchmark all on max 1920x1080 its 60fps with no fps drops so I dont understand. On my older GPU (GTX 750Ti) I could play csgo no problem no fps drops anything...
This I tried : reinstalling windows, reinstalling/updating drivers, all that kind of stuff
FPS drops gameplay video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTf7mN9rlwQ (fps drops starts at 0:15)

Solution
Sounds like a background process or service stealing CPU cycles. Monitor Task Manager while you're playing to see what program is hammering your CPU for those 15 seconds. You could also try a program like Razer Cortex to disable all non-essential programs and services.
