Basically, I want to upgrade my processor and can't for the life of me find what mobo I have. I've got a pre-built Lenovo PC and upgraded to a GTX 1050 with a better PSU. I have an I3-2120 and looked on speccy and it says it uses the LGA115 socket. Does this mean I can upgrade to any processor using the same socket? Like an I5-2500K? Any help would be much appreciated

Your socket is an LGA 1155 (not 115).

Aftermarket boards will support better CPUs (possibly needing a bios flash).
OEM (lenovo, DELL, HP) can be a little more pick and choose on what they support. You will have to research what CPU's your actual board will support.
You can download CPUID and it shoudl tell you the model number or at least what chipset it has.

Now I can with 85% certanty tell you that it will not have the ability to overclock a k serries cpu.

Yeah, probably should have mentioned that xD A guy has already answered my question which I did look on the website but didn't for the life of me think that they were the compatible ones. I just thought they were the CPUs available in other PCs. Ah well, thanks for your help :p
