Headphones aren't working

Yesterday i bought a eSenses MH 5700 and today i just was playing them they aren't working anymore , the problem here is that the computer says they are connected but i cant hear anything , also the mic is working properly (my friends can hear me).

Not sure what to tell you. I would assume you have tried unplugging / restarting PC / etc. Have you plugged them into the correct port, other ports you can try?

What do you find in Device Manager > Sound?

Windows Volume turned up? should be icon on taskbar tray, lower right hand corner. Right click > Open Volume Mixer

Volume turned up on the headphones themselves?

Control Panel > Sound > Headphones > Right-Click > Properties > Levels (make sure everything turned up here)
