I have a VICTSING Hdmi to VGA Adapter. I'm trying to use it with my GTX 1060 to achieve a dual monitor setup. My main monitor is an AOC E2752V being used with HDMI. The secondary monitor I'm trying to use is a Dell 1907FP Which has DVI and VGA. The GPU Works fine with HDMI, but the second I plug in the adapter the GPU Doesn't recognize it and the fan speeds up full blast. I don't have a DVI Cable. I have used this adapter many times, but why does it do this with my PC? Specs are below.
