Hi all I ve been having this problem with my computer for about 2 or 3 years and its driving me insane. Whenever I play a game I experience this horrible micro stuttering/freezing, I will be running the game at 55-60 fps but every 2 seconds I d say it will stutter. Now this stutter is microscopic, I d say it lasts 0.06 s but it really ruins the experience. I ve checked for malware and there s none, I ve fixed registry issues, I ve checked temperature s and they re hot ish but not too hot. I feel like there s a really elaborate issue that I wont be able to solve until I buy a completely new computer. I ve also noticed older games don't have this issue like I mean games from 09 and before. The only idea I have as to what it may be is a bottleneck but I ve checked my cpu usage while in game and it was at 30%
