GPU And CPU Problems

Hi I just purchased a pc with i7 6700k and Gtx 1080 rog strix oc 8 gb but the problem with it is that i get 101 fps in Rust no matter of quality options i choose etc.. and i get sometimes fps drops about from 101 to 88-77 for some reason and dont know why :/

In Rust this could be due to buildings loading in. This a problem that I used to have on my old PC.
However, I don't play this game anymore.

I found the solution fps was capped for some reason now i get 160-200 fps sometimes drops to 100 bcs of bad update
