build used of everything!?

hi,i am gonna buy used parts,mobo,cpu,gpu((if needed),ram thats all,
psu i have -450wats,dont hav idea to buy more yet,
my usage-online streaming of movies/browsing with multiple tabs(say 4-6),sometimes video converting (not too much quality-jus to dvd player quality-)wil play some old games like counter strike,(mainly-not online though) n other games of size max-2gb)
pls give me ideas /suggestion /advice wat to buy models -cant spend on new-will b costly i hope--thanks-i prefer to buy online-stays in india for now.

Really hard to suggest anything without knowing what is available or what your budget is, although if you are buying second hand parts this becomes more difficult.

If you see things that you are considering, you can enter the parts into a build in PCPartPicker to see if they are compatible and then someone can advise on suitability for the build.

its very confusing for me,dont know much deep,i want it to be lga775 socket,ddr2 ram,max 4-8gb is enough,all in midrange jus for browsing/convertin a movie file to dvd player format not too frequently,a good cpu with litttle good performance(while streaming movies in internet) with a compatible midrange price gpu thats all,thanks

askin for lga 775 bcoz ,i want to test,whether my e2180 is fried or not.thanks,i hav this in mind ASUS P5QL SE or ASUS P5KPL-AM SE cpu-E8600, gpu -no idea(want for browsing multiple tabs,video quality performance,little games like counter strike etc),pls tell
