It should run the game at around 60 Fps at a 1080p screen resolution.

One of the biggest killers of what frame rate you get in GTA 5 is the setting of the draw distance and what it is set to in the game options lillozzer68.

The higher you set it the more detail and distance of objects is shown or drawn on screen at the time of playing, and also slightly more memory of the graphics card is used up.

So you will want to play around with that setting to see what suits the system. often it can lead to a split second lag if not tuned right.
