That cooler should fit. Your CPU uses the LGA 1150 Socket. The description says the cooler fits LGA 115x sockets. It means that it works with the 1155, 1150 and newest 1151 socket.

I see that Newegg also has a Corsair H80i all in one liquid cooler for around $90. Which should also work very good with that cpu. Is there any specific reason you are looking at this cooler?

Becuase I dont feel like replacing a water pump every 5 years.
