So about a year ago i got a new Toshiba laptop and for about 6 months it was perfectly fine for the games i played. (league of legends and CSGO) but i randomly started getting these huge spikes in CPU usage where both games use most of my CPU and are unplayable due to the lag. Ive tried factory resetting multiple times and i have no idea how to fix the issue.
