Came home started up my computer, everything seemed fine. After a bit my monitors went black and said no signal found. Restarted my computer, saw bios, then screen I guess froze had weird white line through it. Waited just to see then booted down system, check inside all things seem placed/plugged in right, replug wires to monitor. Powered on and working fine so far.

Is this a sign of possible graphics card failure/damage beginning to happen?

Specs:

-Intel 17 4790k

-Gigabyte ATX DDR3 LGA 1150 SATA DIMM 6Gb/s Motherboard

-Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB

-Nvidia Geforce GTX 960

-Corsair - Hydro Series 240mm Liquid CPU Cooler

-750 watt evga power supply

- x2 1 T western digital hard drives

Could be possible, but one single instance doesnt guarantee anything. Could be the result of a stupid power fluctuation as well. I would rather clean the card of dust and update the drivers and monitor it for a couple of days before worrying much.
Alternatively, could be a sign of the monitor cable playing up as well.

Still losing display connection, played overwatch for a bit and then randomly lost connection for a second. Then got a error message from overwarch saying you lost connection to rendering device. After seeing that I feel like it might not be the hdmi failing

Build is about 1 1/2 years old
Try and clean it every month or two
Using GeForce experience and all drivers are up to date
Was wrong about the power supply, was thinking of my old build, but it's a corsair CX series, 750 watt, 80+ Bronze certified
