Go to this website, NCIX.com to order the parts. All the links to the components are below (I have not added operating system software here). Just add the componentsto to your cart. Once you have added all the components, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find two options for assembly to choose from. Be advised that this will delay the delivery date by 4-5 business working days. Build comes in at $2539.88. Taxes, shipping and assembly will be extra.

I had to modify the build a little, change in case to accomodate two DVD's, changed the SSD to 1TB m.2, upsized the RAM to 32GB, changed the video card to one that was in stock and changed the CPU cooler.

Suggested build below. As far as re-installing Win7, you might need to call Microsoft when you re-install to say you have a new motherboard.

To keep the price below 2000 CAD I chose the i7-7700 but at this build level I would consider spending a few more dollars to get the i7-7700K. Now this will only be important if you someday overclock the system or sell it second hand. Otherwise just go with the plain 7700.

Here is the build from a single vendor, NCIX.com. When you order the parts off the website, an option comes up to have them assemble at a small fee.

The price of the build jumped but you will find that when you go to the website many of the prices are much lower.

This build will play just about anything on the planet, not to worry.

Did you take the free Windows 10 upgrade? If so, you should be able to use your Windows 7 CD key on a Windows 10 installer flash drive you can create with a free utility from Microsoft, downloaded here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

Windows 7 will not work with new 7xxx CPUs. If you didn't take the free 10 upgrade, you may have to re-buy the operating system.

I do not understand your statement here. The links I provided lead to NCIX and PCPartPicker, two well established and reliable websites. All this copy and paste doesn't make sense to me, I provided links, you simply click on them and they take you to the website. I have pasted links like this hundreds of times and no one else has had an issue. It could be that your computer was comprised in another manner. I cannot help you with your security question.
