UPDATE: Fans are running normally now. Still no display though.

UPDATE 2: Reinstalled my old GPU and it worked fine. Then took it out and reinstalled the 1070, still no display. Could it be a driver issue or is my 1070 defective?

Hey there.

So I was playing a game and my PC randomly bluescreened (has never happened before). Now, after rebooting, I'm getting no display from either monitor. One of them is HDMI and the other is DVI. Doesn't matter if I have one or the other plugged in or both, neither of them are getting any signal. I can tell Windows is booting, because my keyboard's LEDs only light up when Windows has booted. It doesn't even show me the bios settings. Just straight nothing. I also noticed that my fans are running very fast when I boot, though I can't tell if it's my GPU fans or my CPU fans (but it sounds like my GPU fans).

Here are my system specs:

AMD FX-8350
ASUS M5A99X EVO
GTX 1070
Corsair 850W PSU
16 GB RAM (2 x 8 sticks)

Also maybe worth mentioning that I just upgraded to the 1070 a little over 2 weeks ago. It's been pretty steady until now, I'm really hoping that it's not defective but it seems like it might be the problem.

Solution
If you don't see an image in the BIOS and your other card works, it's the video card. If you want to make sure, test it in another system that can run it.

You can check for BIOS update for the motherboard and reset the BIOS with the jumper on the motherboard to stock, that may help.
