Double check with the vendor if the MSI H110M needs a bios upgrade to use a 7400, otherwise you would need another cpu to upgrade the bios to use that cpu xD, or switch to a Z270 Mb

Another thing is that i dont like hybrid HDs, its better to use a pure SSD to hold the Sop and basic apps and a HD for the mass data.

I found the price of the CPU slightly disproportionate with the rest i woudl switch to a 6400 and a H110 and use the money on a 1050ti or on a proper SSD.

One more thing is that you are not using the double channel RAM, but i suppose that you try to left a slot empty for a future upgrade as you only have 2 slots.
Another thing is that i dont like a lot Thermatake for PSUs, but well they are cheap xD

The build is fine but the components are not, first of, I think you should really go with a bigger power supply and the HDD you have chosen is really high for the price and you can get way better for that budget. I have chosen the parts from the Australian PC part picker as the site you mentioned seemed to be Australian as well.
I have redone all your parts below, remember to use PCPartpicker next time when building a PC:

Note: PCPartpicker could not find the OS on any of the sites so you have 130 dollars left to get an OS separately, good luck.

I went over in price a little bit. I had another build until I realized you were in Australia...

Better graphics card by a light year, slight worse CPU but as a package it'll win in gaming by a lot. Won't require oddball bios update

Solution
I agree with Supahos, in order for an H110 motherboard to run a Kaby Lake 7000 series CPU it will need a BIOS/UEFI Update.
The Corsair VS is one of the lowest quality power supplies Corsair makes and I would never put one in a computer I was building.

As for DDR4 RAM for either Skylake or Kaby Lake Intel recommends installing the memory in matched pairs for best performance.
Also buying 8GB now so you can upgrade to 16GB later is a mistake that can result in system instability.

In my build I show the NVidia GTX 1050 2GB, but you really should be considering paying a little extra to get the 1050ti with 4GB of RAM if you plan to play new AAA games at 1080p.
