What cooling to use?

So I've recently gotten myself a ASRock 870 extreme3 for €30,-. It has the AM3+ socket. I wanted to use the AMD FX 6300. But someone told me that I don't need to extreme of a cooling for that. Can anyone confirm that? Or do I need cooling? Do you have any suggestion for cooling? I'm kinda on a budget so I don't want to spend more than €15,- on a cooler. Thx

I've got a sharkoon VG4-W. I think that's low end.
