What you think about this build ? 520W PSU it's enough ?

Intel Core i7-7700, Quad Core, 3.60GHz, 8MB, LGA1151, 14nm, 65W, VGA, BOX
GIGABYTE GA-B250M-D3H S1151 DDR4 M.2 MATX
Cooler Master "HYPER TX3 EVO", universal cooler,3heat pipes, - Intel Socket: LGA775 / 115x/ AMD Socket: /AM3+/FMx
ASUS GeForce® GTX 1070-8G 8GB HDMI DVI DP
PSU Seasonic M12II-EVO520 520W 80 Plus Bronze retail
Corsair Vengeance LPX Black DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 2666MHz CL16 1.20V
PNY SSD CS1311 120GB 2.5'', SATA III 6GB/s, 550/510 MB/s, IOPS 86/90K, 7mm
Seagate SV35, 3.5'', 1TB, SATA/600, 64MB

Looks pretty good...

CPU COOLER - Not needed when not overclocking. The stock Intel cooler will be fine.
MEM - B250 is limited to DDR4-2400 modules. Anything "faster" than that will down-clock...
SSD - Look toward SK Hynix, Crucial MX300 or the Sandisk X400 (or the Samsung EVO if you can find it for a good price). The PNY is OK at best..
HD - The WD Blue is a bit faster and has less failures.
PSU - Yes. 520w is plenty, however the Seasonic M12II 620w is usually the same price or just a few $$ more.

Sadam's build is similar to what I would suggest, but an i7 is overkill, and the storage can be improved.
What is the case situation?
I noticed you didn't include one OP.
