I have a problem with my computer overheating
I have cleaned it decently and made sure i have good airflow and even notched up the fans so they are spinning faster but i still getting this problem of overheating. It gets so hot it turns off.

When my computer is idle the temps are:
CPU:30-50C
Motherboard:40-50C (these are averages)
GPU:40-50C
When i run games it spikes like crazy and at one point i checked with Speccy and it told me my GPU was at 99C and the other things get crazy high as well. This happens with games like H1Z1 and Overwatch I've ran checks on tf2 and it gets to about 60C.
(side note)I have been playing Overwatch for 3 days now and it's only overheating on today I have run multiple checks and it' definitely the games that make it overheat.

My specs are:
Operating System
Windows 8.1 64-bit
CPU
AMD FX-8350
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)

Graphics
G246HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (MSI)
Storage
119GB ADATA SP900 (SSD)
1863GB TOSHIBA DT01ACA200 (SATA)

AMD FX- 8350 does run hot naturally, especially with a stock cooler. I would like to know the temps on that.

In addition, it's pretty strange for a GPU to be at 99C; even under-load, my R9 280x runs at about 65C under-load. However, would you be able to provide what case you are using and the case fan setup, as well as cable management as good cable management will improve cooling and airflow.

Plus download MSI afterburner. I find this helpful to watch temps and customise fan speeds depending on the temps.

Ok I have a CM storm scout 2
I have one fan at the back and another one going underneath the GPU and thats it.
I also have a room fan sitting next to my computer blowing air in the side of it with the plastic panel side. My computer isn't really that cluttered so i think it has fine cable management it's just the problem is that is spikes up 30C when i play games like Rust,H1Z1 and Overwatch.
I also have afterburner and im working on it.
