Heat spike from my CPU and mobo

I just built my first PC and here are some details:

Mobo Asus Z170-K
Intel i7-6700K
Master Cooler Hyper 212 EVO
32 GB RAM Corsair
MSI GTX 1050 Ti
Fractal design Define R5
One back fan and two front fans.

Before building this PC I did not even know that there is a need for a paste to be put on the CPU. So before I started I watched many videos on this topic.

I put a bit more than a rice grain size paste. When the 212 EVO was placed and all screws tightened, I could see tiny amount of paste squished around the 212 contact with the CPU. I assume that's OK and it means the cooler paste has good surface contact with the cooler and the CPU.

I am not overclocking now but even when using Schedule #2 (mobo overclocking recommendation) it was the same.

I have one fan in the back and two in the front and of course the 212 EVO fan.

When booting into the BIOS, I can see the CPU temperature steady between 29C to 32C. The mobo is around 34C. I can watch it for a long time and it never spikes.

When starting Windows things, of course change. Windows has many operations in the background. But when opening Google Chrome the CPU temp. jumps to over 50C and the mobo temp, goes to 60C. it happens for a second and then goes down. However, it has many spikes.

I also deleted Malwarebytes, I realized it was making the CPU work really hard.

Anyone else experience problems with Chrome and anti virus programs?

When using Cinebench, temp. went up to 70C, I assume it's normal (?)

Maybe I am just being a paranoid but hey, better safe than sorry.

I read people have the same CPU and run on 20C idle, how do you achieve that?

Thank you all.

Thanks Colethelion, I read that, indeed, others have the same problem with Chrome. I wonder why...
for now I will stay with the cooling system that I have. let's see how things progress. I will definitely consider better cooling if I see things get worse. Hopefully not :)

either chrome is poorly optimized or is really well optimized and clocks up the cpu to give you extra speed lol

"...either chrome is poorly optimized or is really well optimized and clocks up the cpu to give you extra speed lol..."
I would say poorly optimized :).
