Okay so lets start off by stating the problem. The problem is randomly when I'm playing games like League of Legends or Overwatch my displays from both my monitors lose connection to my graphics cards and both turn black. My computer does not crash. I can still hear everything going on in game but for some reason I cannot hear discord anymore. I simply restart my computer and it boots and everything seems to be running fine untill I play again. *SOME THINGS TO NOTE*
When ever a light or something is turned on in the house my display goes black and turns back on in a few seconds. Recently new pc built in mid September 2016 had no problems since. All parts new except GPU, Ram, and Western Digital HHD. Had the GPU in a different rig had not problems but the drivers crashed occasionally. Drivers hasn't crashed once in new rig. All drivers for GPU are up to date. There's no heating problems to my knowledge I have speccy pulled up on my second monitor at all times CPU has stock fan. *BACK TO THE GOODS* I had a buddy look over the comp he suggested either mother board or cpu failure. He had me unplug all monitors to my GPU and plug a vga directly into my mobo it showed my screen. Other things to note my cpu clock speed was jumping around from like 1 ghz to 4.2 and maxed out at 4.3 I have never overclocked my cpu or even attempted too I simply installed it and left it alone. If you have any further questions please ask as I am eager to figure out whats wrong with the system thanks.

Solution
Even though the power supply may appear to be working correctly under normal circumstances does not mean that it will continue to do so when under load or when it receives "bad" power. I recently upgraded my video card and everything worked fine until I tried a benchmark program like Heaven. It ran for a couple of minutes and then had the symptoms you reported where the screen blacked out even though everything else was working. Another poster recommended replacing the power supply which totally fixed the problem.
Another option is that the power in your house is "noisy" and this only creates problems when the system is under load. This would require using a UPS to supply power to the computer and hopefully remove the "noise" from...

Have you checked your power supply? It sounds like you are having power problems because of the behavior you mentioned with the lights in the house. You may have a faulty power supply or one that does not provide the proper power to the video card when it is under load.
