hdmi can't connect

when my hdmi cable is plugged into the gpu hdmi slot it gets no signal to monitor is there any way to fix that so i can install my drivers

Try another connection first, DVI, VGA, DP, whatever is available to you. If that doesn't work or you can't do that try to boot to BIOS with the integrated graphics and make sure the card is showing up in the BIOS. If it isn't there's something wrong with the hardware. Could be not getting enough power, or a dead card.
