MSI Z270 krait red pci-e led static

Just built a new pc for a friend.
Theres no signal to the screen and the pci-e led is static red.
Its built in the thermaltake p3 which has a pcie extension cable, which is being used.
What to do?
Cpu:i5 6600k
Mobo: MSI Z270 krait
Ram 16gb Crucial Ballistix 2400mhz
Psu:Corsair RM750
Gpu: evga gtx 770sc 4gb

Did try that and bo change. But we got it to work for a while but it bluescreened because of driver issues since the ssd was recently in another system with W10 on it and now we're back to no screen signal again.

Switched to the old moitor and I get a signal so theres nothing wrong with the GPU, even tried plugging derectly into the mobo and not using the pci ext. cable.
The new monitor is LG 34UC79G-B

So I guess it comes down to the SSD, Doesn't work with resetting it either since it bluescreens cause of driverissues.
So will reinstall W10 tomorrow and try and get it right.
