Hi! I have an i5 4690K with a GTX 1060, and my framerate in the game varies from 40-100 in game. Normally this wouldnt bother me, but it spikes and drops so much that the game is almost unplayable. It's only like this on csgo. I get a smooth 60 on GTA on normal, and over 160 on Rocket league on normal. I've tried verifying the game cache, reinstalling, reinstalling my OS, going back to windows 7, turning off the xbox recorder thing, and uninstalling geforce experience to no avail. I don't have a frame cap. I've tried the threads 4 thing. I just don't understand why this game is doing this. My PC is relatively new.
Low FPS on ONLY CSGO on good build.

What happens when you set your graphical settings back to default settings in csgo?
If that doesn't work, i'd try rolling back your graphics driver to an earlier version to see if there's a difference. Go back like 2 or 3 months.

Have you tried going to power options and setting the minimum power state to 100%?
Have you verified your in game temperatures with MSI afterburner?
