So I noticed a big change in our internet speed for the last 2-3 weeks. I'm connected through wifi in my laptop and at first our internet speed is what we expected ~25-26 mbps.
And then it started slowing down, and down, and down.
The first week we got our internet I had ~20-30 Ping, ~25-26 mbps download, and ~4-5 mbps upload (That's using wi-fi connection in my laptop)
Here's what it is now :

The graph is also very unstable, going high then down forming a spiky mountain
I ran the same test in my brother's laptop connected to the router through ethernet and it's also slow there, not as mine though.
To be honest, I don't know much about internet and wi-fi so I would really appreciate if one of you guys could have the answer to my suffering, my ping is too high to play games....
I also read that our ISP could be throttling us, which is possible.
