For my birthday I'm having a LAN party with my friends, so far my internet is currently 80 up and 80 down. Is that fine for a LAN party and I have an 8 port gigabit switch for 6 of my friends. We plan on playing games like league of legends and rainbow six siege and some others. Is this fine for all of us

You need to consider power and heat. You should get power from multiple rooms (multiple breakers) to ensure you don't overload.
Sturdy ables to handle all the equipment, don't want to drop somebody's monitor(s) on the floor and therefore be responsible for replacing.

I don't know how well you trust these people to not have any viruses or malware. You need to isolate the rest of the household network just in case.

That should be more than enough, though one thing I've seen in the past is the quality of the PCs that are gaming together can cause a lag also. Another thing is if someone else in your house is streaming, etc while you guys are gaming.
