Hi! Sorry for answering late, im from Argentina and im going to save money for upgrade my pc so the budget its not a big problem. this are my pc specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4440 @ 3.10
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB DDR5X
RAM: 8GB DDR3 (Im not sure about the frequency)
MoBo: GA Z97-HD3 1150 socket
PSU: 600w

The best CPU you can go with would be i7-4790K,

2nd best would be i5-4690K,

Both CPUs are K-series and you can OC them thanks to your Z-series MoBo.
Oh, none of the Intel's K-series CPU comes with stock cooler and you need an aftermarket CPU cooler to cool your CPU, especially when you OC it.

Since most games today use less than 8GB of RAM, i'd go with new CPU. i5 is great for gaming while i7 adds the bonus of better performance in video rendering.
