Cpu fan not spinning

I have the cryorig c7, and the fan starts up for a second and then stops, and repeats. On the bios it says its on 0 rpm but i have changed the settings already. Last night it was working just fine, please help.

turn off your computer. turn off the power supply. take out the battery on your motherboard. wait 10 seconds. put it back in and turn on your computer

When i turn it on it idles at around 37-40. Last night temps were the same. Under load it hovers around 55-60 (when the fan works).

turn off your computer. turn off the power supply. take out the battery on your motherboard. wait 10 seconds. put it back in and turn on your computer
