HD3P usb3.1 port has stop working / recognizing

As i woke up at the morning and power up my pc,
I saw i new post image of the motherboard at the start and i didn't updated anything manualy.
Then i saw that i no longer getting any response from my usb3.1 from the motherboard it self.
I explore over the internet tried everything and nothing helped.
The version of the BIOS is F20.
And its the latest.

Please help me out of this i really need that little usb port.

I update all the drivers but the asmedia was not found.
My solution:
The monitor cable was shocking the MB .
After i change cable everything back to normal ...
I noticed the usb cable was doing electric sound and cut the power when it touch the mb from behind.
This could got have done me electric shot.
Very dangerous deal.
Be carful about this things guys.
Solved.
