I would go with the first one because the 960 beats the 760 and the Fx 8150 simply because of the higher core count while still being able to overclock sounds like great performance to me, also 8gb of ram is perfect for modern gaming atm. you really don't need 16+ unless you want it for something specific. (Other than just gaming)
