Im looking for late 2008-2010 computer builds. I want to do something like retro for one of my friends. I know its not really retro but im still looking for something fairly high end but under 300$-500$

And.......you want what from the forum? If you're looking to buy old parts post in the Classified section. Try ebay, craigslist etc. 2008-2010 doesn't make much sense. I can see an old 2000-2001 box to play Windows 95-98 games. $500 gets you a new i3 or new Hyperthreaded Pentium and a discreet graphics card that's pretty decent at 1080p.
