Constant BSODs on any version of windows I've installed (7-10), I've tried almost everything

Hey everybody,
My issue is that I've been having blue screens (and occasionally red screens) of death every few minutes for the last few months. Any time the system is under any load at all the applications will start randomly closing and the pc will eventually crash.
I first thought my install of windows must have been corrupt, so I upgraded from 8.1 to 10.
This didn't help, so I thought I'd install 7 to test if it were some sort of driver that never got updated.
No dice, so I start to assume hardware failure and attempt to pinpoint the failure.
First I ran as many tests as I could find on my hardware, mainly memtest as everybody with similar issues had dead ram.
After all of the tests were inconclusive, I decided to start swapping hardware with friends or upgrading each component one at a time to try to eliminate all variables.
First I swapped ram with a friend who could verify his was good, still crashed. Then I swapped graphics cards with my brother for a few days to see if it had any bearing on it, nope.
I then removed my SSD from my system entirely and ran only on my WD Blue, nothing.
Replaced the admittedly aging Blue drive for a new one of the same type and tried, nothing.
Then I decided to swap my entire motherboard and processor (FX8120 on an ASUS M5A99x EVO R2) for a set from a friend I could verify was working (I5 2500 on a Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3), still no change at all.
The only component that I have not tried changing is the power supply, which is about 3 years old at this point and was pushing 850W when new.
