Kaby Lake is the architecture of the CPU you chose. If Windows 7 is absolutely needed, you might want to consider an i7-6700k instead. All the rest of the parts should work fine.

As for your question regarding the build and installation, why don't you just buy a pre-built PC with those specs with Windows already installed?

Don't know if all of these parts could be sent to Canada. Definitely would say this is better. Also, as for having someone build it for you, if you're spending this much money, you may as well just build it yourself. It only took me 4 months and I'm 14.
