Newer AMD drivers are bad?

When I install anything after and including 16.12 ,when I try to OC my 390X even with 1 Mhz I get an insta blackscreen and I have to restart my . With 16.11.4 and 16.11.5 I have no problem I can OC my card and everything is fine . Does anyone else have this problem? Any help is really appreciated .

I'm getting a black screen every time I exit out of CS:GO for a couple of weeks now. I'm 99% sure it is a driver bug with the newer drivers. So as stated above, either roll back the driver or wait it out for a fix from AMD.
