As Cturbo said, change the PSU, get something from tier 1 or 2 - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
Pick one that fits your pocket, at least 550W to have nice amount of spare power and to keep it more quiet/cool.

Solution
I would also like to add, since you are using old hard drives (and mechanical ones, at that), consider getting a 240-250GB SSD for a system drive. Use mechanical ones for storage only. This would increase general performance in Windows by a *huge* amount. It is a nice build otherwise, so why not?
