hi I get drops when im browsing or playing online game such as league of legends...it really annoys me while playing online games ...instead I use mobile tethering via usb , its fine with my mobile...this is happening with 2 of my laptops ...i also tried upgrading my window 7 to window 10...the isp helpers visited so many times...they changed the ont and tried router etc too, but nothing helped...reinstalling drivers...installed windows updates...its okay via LAN ....plz help me

srry I don't know much , but we don't use router (device) ...only the ont main device.....they brought a router device and checked the ping thru that ...but had the same problem
also about the restart , yes I havent checked properly about that but sometimes I'm having lesser problems....the time interval between the request timeout is more

They are your ISP ?
Are you using router or not ?
Whats the current structure, cable directly goes into your computer and no other components involved before that ?

yeah they're isp .....with direct lan cable the ping is perfectly fine, but prob when wirelessand yes 192.168.100.1 is my gateway ip ....idk if you call that router

I use laptop (wifi) to connect to my Nayatel (isp) .....but when I use usb tethering while mobile is connected to Nayatel , it works fine.....the problem is only when I use laptop wifi
I connected the same laptop wifi to another isp (ptcl) it worked alright, but this is when I went to another city...does overlapping cause request timed out error?
Mobile data also gives me the same problem...but when I used mobile hotspot in another city ...it worked perfectly fine

srry I don't get what you mean by router....is it the main device that provides the wifi access?coz that's the only device...also they recently changed it and put up a new one.....and this whole internet was setup ,like a year ago
