Long powering off time

Hello! My PC powers off very long, it takes 1-2 minutes till it goes off. These are my PC specs:
Asus strix x99
I7 6800k
Asus strix gtx 1070
DDR 4 Kingston 16 GB
HDD 1Tb
SSD 1 Tb Kingston
What can be wrong with my system? As soon as it has booted, everything works fine.

Part of the trick to Windows 8 and onwards starting as quickly as it does is the fact that when you turn your computer off, it partially writes the contents of your RAM to disk (kinda like hibernate does in Windows 7 and older). This then helps it boot quickly when you turn on again.
Stands to reason then that with 16Gb of RAM it could take a while to do this, though with a SSD drive to save too, it should not take very long.
Of course, it also depends on how busy you've been on the system prior to shutting it down.
