Hi all, I just built a new pc and am not getting any display. The pc powers on, does not output any display whatsoever, then restarts and stays on indefinitely while still not providing any display at all.

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($344.75 @ OutletPC)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($102.99 @ B&H)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard ($134.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($99.69 @ Jet)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 460 4GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card ($119.99 @ Amazon)
Case: NZXT S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case ($66.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($64.97 @ Newegg)

Any ideas what the problem could be? Are any of my parts incompatible with each other? (Checked here before I bought > https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WMNN2R)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your motherboard needs a bios update to work with the new kaby lake cpu. You can put in a older cpu to start up the computer and update bios. If you dont have access to a older cpu a computer store should be able to do it for you.
If there is no display even when the monitor is connected to the graphic card's display ports, then take out the graphic card and test with the motherboard's display ports.
If you still don't have a display, it's may be due to the motherboard not having a compatible bios version. Check the retail box/label for the motherboard to see if it shows any information of the bios version it has.
If it is not F20 version, then you will either need to find a Skylake cpu to allow it to post and for you to update the bios or return the motherboard and get a Z270 motherboard which is compatible out of the box.
