can i use zotac gtx 1050 ti mini 2 gb with pentium g645 2.9ghz

You can yes, but you will suffer from lots of bottlenecks. Games are now needing more than 2 cores. Also, GTX 1050 Ti's only have 4GB. You may mean GTX 1050.
