Hey All,

My first post immediately a problem but hopefully one of you can help me resolve this :)

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Since about a week Ive been experiencing Random crashes on my PC. It starts with a screen freeze and about 10 seconds later the screen goes all black and seems to be rebooting but the screen stays black. At first I thought must be a problem with GPU so did a 3D mark stress test but it wouldn’t crash again. So I thought it was because I was gaming. But later on it also started happing when just streaming video’s.

When it crashes it takes a few mins before my PC is able to boot up again.

When I check the reliability manager I see “Hardware error event, livekernelevent” but can’t seem to find witch hardware is the problem.

The following error is what I see:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000400, 0x0000000000000009, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8079828c798

I added 2 mini dump files, driver view report and a msinfo32 report to help you guys out if you’re willing to look into my problem.

Thanks in advance people

Solution
If its a branded GPU (like ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte) use their drivers. Even if theyre not the latest version

Just install the drivers and HDMI audio. You dont need the rest of the files in the install

The latest drivers arent always the best
