confused about an motherboard acer

hi,

i have an acer travelmate with a motherboard "acer BA50_BH" i want to know the max ram supported by this motherboard, i was confused sometime i find 8GB and sometime i find 16GB please help me.

It doesn't really depend on the motherboard - check your processor on ark.intel.com and look for "Max Memory Supported". That should tell you how much your laptop supports.

To check your processor, type "System Information" into the Windows Start Menu search.

Acer TravelMate TMP257-MG-73AE i have this one, but each time i found a different max size but i think its 16GB after i check out my processor type :)
