Hi new to all this PC building stuff and to be honest I'm not so sure if these parts are compatible as I just asked for a part list from a local PC shop and checked some of the stuff I wanted and what they recommended me. The PC will be used for gaming with the most graphic intensive game I'll be playing would be Overwatch. So here are the parts I'm planning to use :

CPU: INTEL G4400 3.3ghz SKYLAKE S1151

MOTHERBOARD: MSI 168HM-E33 FM2/FM2 + MATX W/ HDMI

HDD: SEAGATE 500GB HDD SATA

MEMORY: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

VIDEO CARD: Sapphire Radeon RX460 2GB GDDR5

CASING w/ PSU: HIP 5827BR ATX CASING w/ 600 PSU

The case you have selected is not generally available so I could not include it in the build. If you could state what country you are in and maybe a preferred website I could maybe refine things a little.

Actually just noticed, this is an incompatible build. You can't install an LGA 1151 CPU on an FM2+ motherboard.

My biggest concern with a Pentium build is that the CPU is only a 2-thread CPU, most games nowadays will be bogged down by only 2 threads. I would spend the money on an i3 personally. The other option is consider an AMD 860K build, relatively same cost for a 4 thread CPU. Downside is it is old and out of date technology. But the 860K is still a recommended budget CPU by Toms Hardware. I will post a build for you.

Solution
First and foremost your CPU is intel and your motherboard is AMD so this is completley incompatiable
Secondly the pentium is excessively weak for gaming
Third that cheapo power supply included in that case is going to fry your GPU and motherboard in no time.

There is a big difference between a quality PSU that is tested and rated to output 600w at a good efficiency and do it for years, vs a metal box with a sticker on it that says 600w. Not only will that cheap PSU not be able to handle HALF that load for any durration of time but it also completely lacks any protections built into it to prevent it from frying the rest of your computer when it dies.

Frankly I would be weary of any "PC Shop" that recommends this horrifically unballanced crappy build, looks like they want your money now, and latter when you have to replace fired parts and upgrade completley inssuficent parts.

Lastly I am not a fan of imsqam's build because while you just cant beat the FM2 platform for cost, the issue is that the cpu he built you with is already the absolute top of the line for that platform yet it can not quite equal a core i3 (which is barley in the middle of intel's offerings). This means when you want more performance in the future you will have to buy a new cpu, new motherboard, and DDR4 memory which makes it cost way more in the long run.

Here is what I would recommend (FYI imsqam's build has no cost for the $100 cpu and no case or power supply which mine does have.

Don't disagree with you bit, I have done some 860K builds but would opt for the i3 myself. I am also betting (my life) that the Case/PSU combo is a piece of junk and is dangerous.

Was wondering why you went for the 6100 vs the 7100? Price difference is not great but the 7100 is a little faster.

Added a PSU and case to the 860K build for comparison purposes.

Your X4 does not have a price besides it for some reason (the one I see on pcpartpicker is for $94.99)

There was two on the website, one didn't have a price

I'm just picking off the stuff that's in this part list since I'm new to all this. He recommended me a build and I changed what I could to get a better bang for my buck such as changing the cpu and the videocard. Also the build went over my budget which is $400 or 20,000 PHP here unfortunately.
