Segate hard drive is not showing up in file explorer or disk management

As i said in the title it just straight up isnt showing up... but i am able to select it to boot from but the windows 10 on it is a little broken (it loads and stuff but there is no possible way to log in)

Hey there, Kristian.

Do you need to recover any data from that drive, or you just want to make it work? It really sounds like it's in a pretty tough shape. So if you don't need to recover data from it, I'd recommend that you try to test it with its manufacturer's diagnostic tool and RMA it if it's faulty and still under warranty.
You could also give it a go with a different computer or at least with different SATA cables and port, to see if the same issues occur.
