SSD is slow?

Hi,
I just benchmarked my ssd and i got 79mb write and 29mb read on seq? Why is this? Its a Sandisk ultra II 480gb and it has 200gb of data on it?

Should the speeds be like much higher than this?

All drive performance data is written as Bytes per second. Bits per second is only used for communications throughput. Network transfer speed, etc is in Bits per second. (IE kb/s mb/s) The op is likely meaning MB/s not knowing the difference between mb/s and MB/s.

here is a screenshot from ATTO. Not too sure if these are normal etc. I looked in my bios, one drop down said AHCI but thats the only thing i could find. its an asus z170a motherboard if that helps
