While warnings of impending death risk are a bit exaggerated, I can't say it any better than this...
nVidia requires a 400 watt PSU.... and that's a real 400 watts not "400 on the label but 327 for real" ... if you use less than that, you are running
"at your own risk".
Switching to a lower powered card isn't really solving your problem. Even tho 327 is the stated capability of that CM PSU, since its an old PSU, due to capacitor aging, I doubt it can still deliver that wattage with spec.
