Difference between Asus Z170 Pro and Pro gaming

Hi, i'm looking to build a pc and can't decide which one of the two should I get as I'm not sure about any major difference between the two, I'll have the i5 6600k and a rx 480 and will be gaming only and also overclock the CPU.

Is there any major reason why I should spend 40$ more and get the z 170 Pro or will I be fine with Pro gaming?
