gta 4 camera problem

when i connect my joystick the camera is not working its always goin down to his shoes..when i invert it the camera will go above his head...plzz hlp me with that

yh!i tried it....for your information that camera is functioning properly in all other game.In Assaains Creed it was perfect...only in gta 4 it creates problem
