So I've got myself a Gigabyte GTX 750 Ti OC 2 today and everything works great.

Already ran some games like TW3, ROTR, Batman AK, etc and all of them run pretty well.

The only problem that I seem to have to is that the GPU under a % of stress let's say 60-80 starts making a kind of buzzing sound from it. Like a squirq sound or a distortioned buzzing sound if you may.

I can't really describe what it is and I can only notice when I put my ear next to the case but it's not disturbing in any way when I'm gaming with sound over it.

Seems a bit unusual to me since I never had a GPU that did that kind of noise.

Is it something that I shoud be worried about?

Since you cant actually describe the exact noise its doing i assume its the Fan noice forcing itself to spin faster cause of the high temps. Download MSI after burner and turn your fans up to 100% manually If the sound repeats then you got your answer...

I'm already using MSI afterburner with a custom fan curve made by me.

Temps are 23C idle and around 45-48 full load.

Pretty sure these sounds aren't coming from the windforce cooler.

Tried what you suggested and the wierd buzzing-crackling sound is still there if I put my ear up next to the case.

okay... then turn down the fans to 0%. Put a stable and normal Maximum temp to Thermal throatting up to 78 degrees (by reducing the potence) then see if you hear something by putting your ear up to the case. If the problem still persists. Directly remove the GPU and take it to the Store to change it for a new one. The problem might be an ensambling failure (It may not be something to worry about BUT you pay for a brand new one without any issues)

I can't put the fans down more then 40%.

That's the lowest Gigabyte allows them to go on this particular card.

Ohh so... you purchased a Gigabye's card ?
Now it actually Sounds convincing that its Poorly manufactured.
If you have a chance to give it back and get the same 750 TI of another Brand just do it.
Gigabyte its BY FAR the worst PC Hardware manufacturer that ever touches a store, Their build quality its a laugh, their designs are good looking but poorly optimized, They tend to be cheap but the poorly made quality mades them the most expensive card you ever paid for.

So I found out witch caused this issue.

It was my PSU as I mentioned witch one it is in this thread.

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3305638/500w-psu-run-gigabyte-geforce-gtx-750-oc2.html

I used the 2 molex to 6 pins connector that came with the card. Might that be the issue?

I swaped that PSU with a old one that I had laying around from my dad's PC.

This is 3-4 years old. Mine is 3 years old aswell. I know these aren't good quality PSUs but for such a low power computer I i thought this wouldn't be a issue. This is the PSU that I swaped in:

It has

+12V1 20A
+12V2 20A
+12V3 20A
+12V4 20A

And a build in PCI 6 +1 . With this plugged in after 3 benchmarks in Unigine everything runs fine and quiet.

I cannot get another PSU till summer time so here's my question. Shoud I keep this one that I swaped in or move back to my own?

I really don't trust this one that I plugged in since it's old but mine served me well for 3 years wtihout any issue. Would this one atleast serve me untill summer time?

Uhmmm... Old PSUs should be working as a brand new one. Much depends upon the usage and how you conserve that PSU. If the PSU was covered in dust, Dont trust it. If it was stored somewhere where the humidity and dust didnt reach it then it wont make any trouble.
