Wrong RAM timings

Hello,

my memory stick says it's 1600Mhz with 11-11-11-29 but cpu-z and bios say that it's running at 535 MHZ 7-7-7-19-26. Please help

Your board has defaulted the memory to 1066 speed.
You will need to manually set the speed, timings, and voltage or enable EXP if you have it.

What speed do you recommend me to put them on? On RAM it says 11-11-11-28-39, 1600MHz and 1.5V so should I go with that even though it's not the best quality RAM and it's 1 single stick only
