I have recently built my very first computer and I have an i7 7700 3.6 ghz base clock speed with a z170 board. I realize that I need to update the BIOS to be compatible with the 7700 but my IO isn't working on the front of the case or on the back of my MB IO. I have redone all connections. I have an NZXT kraken x52, samsung 850 EVO 250GB, WD 1 TB caviar blue 7200 RPM, 2x8 gb trident z 3200 mhz memory sticks, and a corsair RM850i PSU, I do not have a graphics card yet, but will be purchasing one very soon, I have not gotten any POST so I have no idea what to do, please help

What motherboard do you have? Most require a compatible cpu to be installed in order to flash the bios. If the current bios doest support the 7700(which is what seems to be occuring) and the board doest support a feature like usb bios flashback then your options are limited.
