GTX 1070 Not Overclocking

I bought a GTX 1070 Founders a couple months back, bee n working great, but since I got it i've noticed something strange, I already MSI Afterburner installed due to having an MSI card before so thats what I have been using. The first thing I did was go overclock the card, as per usual the memory clocks went up, the fan speed went up, all good but the Core Clock didnt change at all. I tried lowering the clocks, raising the clocks, everything but the clock never changed.

My Specs:
GPU:GTX 1070 Founders
CPU:6600K
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60
MOBO: ASRock Z170M Pro4s
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 16GB DDR4 2400
